Created with a classic botanical design, the Northern Estate mat blends timeless design with a vibrant northern backdrop. Featuring delicate songbirds perched among branches, framed by a thin gold accent line, this mat offers an elegant focal point for your tiles. Surrounding the centre, assorted blossoms weave together in a lush tapestry of regal foliage that can elevate any table in your home.

Mat colours may appear ever so slightly different in person, depending on your screen or device settings. We do however guarantee that they are gorgeous in person!

Pre-Order Policy
By placing an order with Winds and Friends you are reserving inventory from our inaugural production release and securing your product for the first Lakeside Retreat Collection and Northern Comfort Collection. Only a portion of our inaugural tiles, mats and racks will be available for pre-order so quantities are limited. Pre-order reservations may be canceled 7 days after purchase for a full refund with your original method of payment. After that date pre-order reservations become non-refundable as planning and manufacturing commitments begin. Pre-orders will close once production capacity is reached.
Estimated shipping time Orders are currently expected to begin shipping in November 2026. Please note that production timelines are estimates and may shift due to manufacturing, freight, customs or fulfilment timing. We will communicate proactively through the production process and share updates along the way.
Production & Fulfillment
Each of our tile sets are produced through a detailed, multi-step manufacturing and finishing process, including machine engraving and painting work. Because of the nature of preorder production, timelines may occasionally shift slightly beyond original estimates.
Shipping Delays
While we will always aim to meet estimated shipping timelines, Winds and Friends cannot guarantee exact shipment dates due to factors outside our control, including manufacturing, freight, customs, and carrier delays.We greatly appreciate your patience and support as we bring our first collections to market. Once delivered, orders are subject to Winds and Friends Refund Policy
MAT CARE
To keep your mat looking its best, a little extra care goes a long way! Avoid direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure can damage the rubber, and keep it away from high heat—never put it in the dryer or iron directly on the mat. Do not leave it in a hot car. For routine touch-ups, simply spot clean with mild soap and a soft microfiber cloth. Please also avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach, alcohol, or strong acids and alkalis. Before storing your mat, make sure it is completely dry, then roll it up rather than folding it, as folding can leave permanent creases. Store it rolled in a cool, dry place, and ideally at 60–75°F with humidity below 65%. If your new mat has a noticeable rubber smell, don’t worry! Simply leave it out in a well-ventilated space for a few days, and the smell will naturally fade.
